Percepția potrivirii persoanei cu vocația – resursă personală în cadrul modelului solicitări-resurse ale postului

Obiectivul acestui studiu este de a integra percepţia Potrivirii Persoană-Vocaţie (PPV) în modelul Solicitări-Resurse ale Postului (S-RP), testȃnd validitatea incrementală a PPV peste Resursele – personale şi ale postului – în predicţia Implicării în muncă. Totodată, am testat rolul moderator al PPV în relaţia dintre resurse şi implicare în muncă. Am măsurat PPV ca percepţie a potrivirii şi am testat valoarea ei predictivă pentru implicarea în muncă, pe un grup de 312 participanţi. Rezultatele susţin rolul predictiv al PPV pentru implicarea în muncă, în plus față de resursele personale și ale postului, fără ca interacţiunea predictorilor să aibă o contribuţie semnificativă. PPV are cea mai mare validitate predictivă pentru implicare, ceea ce indică posibilitatea considerării PPV ca resursă personală. Sunt discutate limite şi implicaţii pentru studii viitoare privind PPV.
