Abstract

Analiza posturilor de muncă şi proiectarea fişelor de post este o problemă căreia orice companie trebuie să-i acorde o deosebită atenţie. Ea nu este o activitate formală, cum este privită de cele mai multe ori, ci o preocupare permanentă a oricărui departament de resurse umane. Fişa postului este punctul de start în toate activităţile de personal: recrutare, selecţie, instruire, evaluarea personalului, evaluarea muncii şi acordarea/ negocierea salariilor etc. Prin faptul că este un act juridic, ea este verificată în orice activitate de expertiză a personalului, în urma unor incidente sau accidente etc. Această paletă largă de aplicaţii subliniază importanţa proiectării fişelor de post, faptul că realizarea lor este la îndemâna doar a unui personal calificat în acest gen de activitate. De obicei, în acţiunea de proiectare a fişelor de post sunt antrenaţi psihologii specializaţi în psihologia muncii şi comportamentul organizaţional.
